36- This media is initially being designed in the form of a mobile application, which has tried to include some of the required protocols for today's human society. That includes creating special platforms for forming the core of a decentralized power, developing a modern culture and aware society, conducting referendums and digital evaluation of votes, creating online schools and colleges, providing medical and consulting services online and so on. It should be mentioned that a more detailed plan is being designed and reviewed.

37- Also, we have strived to consider approaches that helps generating income for all groups in society and controlling the global currency, which is the problem of many people in the world today.

38- This software, which was briefly discussed here, is targeted for the first phase of this media, the second phase will be uploaded as a website and Internet TV, and the third phase will be considered as a global satellite.
